  • Grants for COVID-19 response

    Rhode Island Foundation and United Way of Rhode Island today
    announced that local nonprofit organizations at the forefront of COVID-19
    response can apply for a
    COVID-19 Response Fund Grant; application

    The two organizations jointly established the COVID-19 Response
    Fund and in just a week the Foundation has raised over $3.3 million in initial
    contributions from many generous donors. The current list of contributors can

    Contributions to United Way stand at $735,000. 



     



    The fund total stands at just over $4 million, and will begin
    making grants as early as next week.
