other natural products. The mobile café has been a dream of Courtney’s for a
Courtney converted a horse trailer into a mobile kitchen
with all the necessary equipment to cook fresh oats, coffee and some surprise
sweet but healthy entrees. Ellis-Dietz is a native Rhode Islander, born in Burrillville,

experience to the café and did it all by herself.
Her experience in developing her business in Rhode Island
has been challenging however she was able to cut through the maze of
regulation, certifications, but most of all she had the desire to see it
through. If you enjoy healthy eating stop by the OATmiel café currently serving
